(More customer reviews)This tutu was very poorly made out of a piece of elastic with many pink fabric strips looped around it. The fabric strips were not even knotted to keep them in place. On top of that, there were no white ribbons as advertised. When my 4 year old put it on, it was too tight- and she was recently weighed and in the 50% for her age. The fabric looked very sparse when she had it on, and within one wearing, the fabric was balled up and tangled around her waist.
